The 23-24 School Year was EVERYTHING & more.

Here is a recap of some of the WONDERFUL things that happened in BLOOM Girls Club this year. Also, note that students met with club sponsor frequently to ensure they were doing well in school and were led to any resources they needed. We could write a book of all the opportunities students had this past school year. We are thankful!

  • Over 70 girls signed up to be members of BLOOM and 65 committed to be in the club

  • Community Service: Homeless Outreach with Break up the Ground Ministries and Alabaster Land

  • Different Themed Sisterhood events: Bratz vs Barbie Social, Friendsgiving Picnic, Bracelet Making and much more!

  • Students spread positivity and love on campus by giving out flowers and words of affirmation during lunches both semesters

  • The BLOOM Tea Room was completed thanks to Vanbar Holdings: students used this as a safe space when needing a moment of peace, quiet place to get work done, or just to sit and connect with another BLOOM member. The tea room was also full of resources to manage anxiety and feminine products.
